Remove all outer packaging
To use as a Hot Compress
- Boil kettle or fill hot water bottle with hot water.
- Gently press to release excess air
- Screw hot water bottle cap on carefully
- Remove water from the mouth of the water bottle
- Insert hot water bottle into the Koala waist belt pouch and press velcro down to keep hot water bottle in place
- Strap Koala waist belt around your waist and adjust as you see fit.
To use as a Cold Compress:
- Fill water bottle with cold water
- Gently press to release excess air
- Screw water bottle cap on carefully
- Remove water from the mouth of the water bottle
- Place water bottle in the freezer
- Remove and apply to targeted areas.
