We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that sale items are NOT eligible to be returned.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
- Any items that are returned damaged
- Any items returned that appear to be used or altered
- Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date
Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and try to resolve it.
