Shipping Policy

Orders can be expected to arrive in 6 - 10 days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of you placing your order and you will receive another email when your order has been dispatched. Please ensure to check your spam / junk folder.

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes to your order this is only allowed for 24 hours from when you placed the order. If you wish to make changes or cancel the order after 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. We would ask that you double check your delivery address before placing your order.

You will receive a tracking number for your packages to your email address once updated by our team.

Please be best advised that there can be occasional shipping or tracking delays. While these are rare this can still happen. In this event you will be kept informed of when you can expect your package, these delays will not exceed 7 business days.

Koalabelt™ are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Koalabelt™ is NOT responsible for any lost / stolen packages.


Koalabelt™ are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing any of our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

If you have not received your delivery within 30 days of your order being placed, please contact us immediately at and we can try and resolve the issue. Any issues raised after 30 days will be denied.
